Pinot Blanc: Pinot Blanc is a dry, pleasant wine that is light in body and somewhat similar to chardonnay in appearance only. Pinot Blanc has a more delicate aroma and features creamy flavours of apples, pears, nuts, minerals and some smoke. This wine is best served at casual gatherings with some type of poultry, seafood or pork.
